Refund Policy
Understanding our refund terms and conditions for Loky Media outdoor LED screen advertising services.
Effective Date: 1 July 2025
At Loky Media, we strive to provide high-quality digital outdoor advertising services to all our clients. By booking an advertising slot with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, we do not offer cash refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Unsatisfactory campaign results
- Delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, government restrictions)
2. Pause & Shift Flexibility
For clients who prepay for three (3) months or more in advance:
- You may pause your campaign at any time after the first active month
- Paused campaign credits will remain in your Loky E-Wallet for up to six (6) months
- You can resume your campaign on the same screen or shift it to another available screen during the credit period
- Screen availability and pricing for shifted campaigns may vary
3. Campaign Modifications
If you need to change your creative material after the campaign starts:
- New creatives must be submitted for approval before being scheduled
- Any costs for redesign or video editing will be charged separately
4. Wallet Credits
Understanding how your prepayments work:
- All prepayments are stored as credits in your Loky E-Wallet
- Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
- Credits must be used within the agreed credit validity period
5. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where:
- Loky Media is unable to deliver the booked campaign due to a proven technical failure for the full duration of your booked slot
- In such cases, refunds (if any) will be created to the original payment method within 15 working days
