1. Introduction

Welcome to Loky Media. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and digital billboard advertising. By booking an advertising slot through Loky Media, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Loky Media offers:

(We currently do not provide live campaign dashboards or real-time analytics.)

3. Ad Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to reject any content that:

• Contains nudity, partial nudity, or sexually suggestive material
• Contains hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal content
• Violates third-party copyright, trademark, or publicity rights
• Is deceptive, misleading, or offensive in nature

All creatives are reviewed before publishing. Loky Media may request changes for compliance with screen format and legal requirements.

4. Third-Party Bookings & Content Rights

If you are booking on behalf of a brand (e.g., as an agency, distributor, or shop owner), you must:

• Provide written confirmation or authorization from the brand OR
• Sign Loky Media's "Third-Party Authorization & Content Rights Declaration" form before the ad is accepted

This is to ensure you have the legal right to use the creative material submitted. Loky Media will not accept responsibility for copyright infringement if you fail to secure these rights.

5. Use of Brand Ads

You cannot submit global brand ads (e.g., Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc.) downloaded from the internet unless you have official permission from the brand or its authorized marketing partner.

Loky Media will not run any ad where the content ownership is unclear or unauthorized.

6. Campaign Changes & Pauses

• Campaign changes must be requested at least 48 hours before scheduled display
• If you prepay for 3+ months, you may pause your campaign for up to 6 months, with unused days credited to your wallet
• (No cash refunds; see Refund Policy.)

7. Liability

• Loky Media is not liable for losses due to technical issues, hardware failure, or power outages. In such cases, your campaign will be rescheduled without extra cost
• We are not liable for claims arising from unauthorized content submitted by clients or third parties

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law and disputes will be handled in courts located in Patna.
